Horlicks Oats Tempering Idli is soothing breakfast which is light and healthy to start your day with.

Ingredients: Urad Dal (soaked) 1 cup
Cumin Seeds 1 tea spoon
Dry Red Chilies 3 number
Chana Dal 1 tea spoon
Mustard Seeds 1 tea spoon
Urad Dal Wash 1 tea spoon
Curry Leaves 2 springs
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Water as required
Horlicks Oats 1 cup

Prepare a batter with soaked urad dal, use water to turn batter to thin consistency.
Now add Horlicks oats to the batter and mix well.
Heat around 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal wash, red chilies, curry leaves, saute it, transfer to the above batter, add salt and mix well.
Grease oil to the molds of idli preparation tray and pour the batter into it.
Now Steam cook the idlis in a steamer for about 10 minutes with closed lid. Later de-mold the idlis.

Delicious Horlicks Oats Tempering Idlis are now ready to serve with chutney of your choice.
