Brown Onions Oats with Eggs is a rich protein-packed meal with no comprise in taste.

Ingredients: Horlicks Oats 1 cup
Brown onion (fried) 1 cup
Capsicum / Bell pepper (red, green, yellow)
chopped 1 tablespoon
Eggs 2 numbers
Butter 1 cube
Carrot (chopped) 1 tablespoon
Onion (chopped) 1 number
Tomatoes (chopped) 1 number
Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
Salt to taste
Water (hot) 3 cups
Yogurt/Curd 1 tablespoon
Pepper (crushed) 1 tea spoon
Cumin Seeds 1 tea spoon

Half boil eggs in hot water for at least 5-6 minutes, peel of the outer layer and keep aside.
Heat a pan, add a cube of butter, cumin seeds, roast them.
Now add chopped onions, tomatoes, chopped capsicum, carrot and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Then add mint leaves, salt (to taste) along with 3 cups of hot water.
Once it comes to boil, add brown onions, yogurt, oats and let it cook for a minute more, turn the flame off and transfer to serving bowl.
Top it with boiled eggs ( Cut into two halves ), brown onions and crushed pepper.

Delicious Brown Onions Oats with Eggs is now ready to serve.
